October 14, 2014
Mark Divine No Comments NSWC

NavySEALs.com staff has spent some time in the water… We also work closely with the SEALFIT Training Center prepping SOF candidates for BUD/S. Swim evolution’s at SEALFIT Academies start in a pool and work their way up to the ocean.

So what swim system do we suggest for training?

Rocket FINS by IST

SEALFIT Coaches suggest you swim some laps and get used to the stiff nature of this fin. Many injuries can occur to your calves and achilles tendon without proper conditioning. Why the stiff fin? Soft fins can’t overcome ocean currents, swells, and surf breaks.
