5 Times a year the SEALFIT Training Center holds a 50 hour crucible experience. Led by Active and Retired SEALs. This crucible experience is called Kokoro, Japanese for Heart. This event teaches participants to work as a team and overcome what is perceived as an impossible task.
Who can attend SEALFIT’s Kokoro? Anyone who can meet the minimum standards.
PRT Test:
50 Push Ups, Sit Ups and Air Squats completed with 2 min time hack per movement, at least 10 Dead Hang Pull Ups, 1 Mile Run in Boots and Pants under 9 min 30 Sec.
Endurance Test:
Crossfit Hero WOD Murph under 70 Min.
With 20# Ruck complete:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Fail these two and you will be Performance dropped from the course.
You should also be able to run a 5k in 30 min. Ruck 20 miles with 20#.
43 Signed up for Kokoro 35, 33 showed up, 20 graduated.
