In The News – 4-Star General Discusses Position as Commander of US Special Operations

Delta Force, Army Rangers, Green Berets and Navy SEALs are often involved in special operations throughout the world.
St. Paul native General Joseph Votel is one of the commanding officers of those special operations.
With four stars now on his uniform, Votel is the commander of U.S. Special Operations Command and one of the highest-ranking generals in the U.S. military.
