Trivia Tuesday – UDT

June 25, 1950 marked the beginning of the Korean War.  During this conflict, the Underwater Demolition Teams fought bravely using expertise they had gained from their predecessors of WWII.  Utlizing the water as their platform, these operators conducted numerous heroic operations targeting maritime and coastal targets.  When the Korean War began, only 11 original men made up a detachment to support the effort.  These men tested their previous limits and established new tactics, techniques, and procedures that would help define Naval Special Warfare.

What UDT team did these eleven men come from?
