New Leadership for Naval Special Warfare

Navy SEALs will soon be under new leadership as officials announced yesterday that the current leader, Rear Adm. Sean A Pybus, who has commanded the Naval Special Warfare Command since June 2011 will move on to command NATO’s special operations headquarters.  Arriving will be Rear Adm. Brian L. Losey, who during his career has commanded the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group and has been commander of special operations forces in the Africa region since June 2011.  Losey is a 1983 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.

Do you know anything about this guy except what the announcement states? I'd like to see what somebody who knows something about him has to say. Not that my desires mean anything...

Why is that Operator's face being shown? I thought that was a "no-no"!

@dragonfly92667 I think that is a standard photo sanctioned by the Navy. There's a good possibility that the man involved has long since retired.
