SEAL Workout Sit-up Variations

Mark Divine No Comments NSWC, Training, Workout

The sit-up is the basic abdominal strength training exercise commonly performed to strengthen the abdominal muscles.  There are though, many different variations of the sit-up used to target all of the abdominal muscle groups by utilizing different range of motion between exercises.  Get familiar with these various sit-up exercises to help strengthen your abdominal muscles.  If you find yourself at BUD/S you will definitely become intimately familiar with each of these; wet and sandy of course.
