If you have participated in SEALFIT training – whether as part of a military team, at a CrossFit box or at one of our HQ training events, then you have a sense for what makes the SEALFIT training model unique. First and foremost, the training requires a serious commitment of willpower. It also requires more time than most others are willing to spend in training – about two to three times what a typical CrossFit program requires.
However, you surely know that this commitment is made not to just get stronger and faster. No, it is made in a life-long pursuit to mastery at all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This mastery is sought not for fame or fortune, but so that you can fulfill your purpose and serve others better. So it is a big deal to take on SEALFIT training, and it requires much focus, time and effort. I never said it would be easy…only that it would be worth it!
You soon notice that commitment to SEALFIT makes you different. The training translates into a deeper need to experience excellence at work and home. Relationships get stronger, parenting gets easier and a bond is forged with your teammates by embracing the suck together. The daily ritual of showing up and putting out – at a level of effort and intention that is uncommon in society – sets you apart. Your work and the results it produces is an inspirational drive to those around you. Your character is deeper and more value driven than others. You can be counted on to accomplish unusual things in life.

Now, you have probably noticed that our new web site at SEALFIT.com is elegant and communicates the spirit of SEALFIT well. It also has even more great free content – including a weekly Podcast, weekly BLOG, weekly SEALFIT TV episodes, SEALFIT challenge workout and weekly Unbeatable Mind drill.
You may have also noted that the daily OPWOD and SOFWOD are now part of the new SEALFIT Online program. I can assure you that this decision was not made lightly. A lot of thought went into our model, and we decided that we wanted the free content to be inspirational and educational. Since we are a training company, we decided that the physical and mental training would be reserved for clients who step up their level of commitment (in the case of the original workouts it is a 30 cent per day commitment, but a commitment no less!). The Online program now has four highly evolved, proven daily training programs (OPWOD, SOFWOD, ONRAMP and MASTERS WOD), along with an Unbeatable Mind weekly WOD. It has original content from myself and other SEALFIT coaches, as well as forums where SEALFIT coaches and certified mentors can engage to support your integrated training. It is chock full of valuable resources, which will grow monthly. So please join us and maintain your commitment to the training and the tribe. It will be worth it, trust me!
