Work Capacity:

With a 20# Vest Complete the Following for Time

1 Mile Run
10 Curtis P’s (95/65#)
800M Run
15 Curtis P’s
400M Run
20 Curtis P’s
200M Run
25 Curtis P’s
1 Mile Run

Durability: 800M Farmer Carry (70/53#) 5 Burpees Every Time you Put the KB’s down. Hydrate, Fuel.
